DPS/HPS Player Ranks Messed Up

This tool used to be functional, but about 2-3 weeks ago it completely broke. If you look at any particular page, it becomes obvious. For example:

http://www.proraiders.com/ranks/persecond.php?region=us&spec=Restoration_Druid

According to that only 29 resto druids in the US on 25m have managed to have an average HPS higher than 280.

Not sure what happened, but like I said, the feature was working until a few weeks ago.
